1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a Sadewa77 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Sadewa77 platform. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment instrument — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held across all associated accounts.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Sadewa77 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Sadewa77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Sadewa77 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Sadewa77 operates KYC verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement — before a withdrawal is processed or at any point deemed necessary by our compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC to our satisfaction within the required timeframe may result in delays to withdrawal processing or, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Sadewa77 accepts deposits in MYR via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT/cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Sadewa77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are typically credited to your account within seconds. In the event of a delayed deposit, please retain your transaction reference number and contact our support team immediately.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Where this is not possible, an alternative verified method may be used at Sadewa77's discretion.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 3 minutes during operational hours. Sadewa77 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks prior to processing large withdrawals or withdrawals from accounts that have not previously undergone full KYC verification.

5.3 Currency

All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals on the Sadewa77 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit and credited accordingly.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Sadewa77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the offer. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will be forfeited.
• Maximum permitted wager using bonus funds per round or event is RM50, unless otherwise specified.
• Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%, 50%) towards wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus per new account is permitted. Sadewa77 reserves the right to verify that no existing account holder registers a duplicate account to claim additional welcome bonuses.

7 Betting Rules & Wagering

All bets placed on Sadewa77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable betting rules.

7.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed and binding upon successful processing by our system. You will receive a confirmation notification upon successful bet placement. Sadewa77 is not liable for bets that fail to process due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or insufficient account balance.

7.2 Odds and Pricing

All odds displayed on the platform are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed by the system are the odds that will be used for settlement purposes. Sadewa77 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were displayed in error.

7.3 Void and Cancelled Bets

Sadewa77 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned; (b) the bet was placed using technical errors or at clearly erroneous odds; (c) there is evidence of fraudulent activity or manipulation; or (d) the applicable betting rules specify void conditions. Voided bets will be refunded to the Player's account balance.

7.4 Mix Parlay and Accumulator Bets

Mix Parlay and accumulator bets involving selections from multiple events are popular among Malaysian football bettors following the EPL, La Liga, and Liga Super Malaysia. In the event that one leg of a parlay is void, the parlay will be recalculated as if that selection had not been included, at Sadewa77's standard recalculation methodology.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sadewa77 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balance therein may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so, for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with Sadewa77.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from the exploitation of a platform error are not legitimate winnings and will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus abuse, or any strategy designed to systematically extract value from promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive game format.
• Using the Sadewa77 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards Sadewa77 staff, customer support agents, or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Sadewa77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Sadewa77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Sadewa77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of Sadewa77.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sadewa77 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

Sadewa77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Sadewa77 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

11 Responsible Gambling

12 Termination & Suspension

Sadewa77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority; (c) your account exhibits unusual or suspicious activity; or (d) we have reasonable grounds to believe that you pose a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, Sadewa77 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit such funds as compensation for losses, costs, and damages caused by the breach.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary account closure in good standing, your remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds being forfeited.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Sadewa77 operates. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed to registered Players upon account verification.

In the event of a dispute between you and Sadewa77 regarding any aspect of these Terms or the platform's services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through formal legal channels in accordance with the applicable governing law.

For betting disputes, Sadewa77's decision on the outcome and settlement of bets shall be final, subject to your right to escalate the matter to our formal complaints process.

14 Amendments to These Terms
